Common questions

Is SOLVO available yet?

We're in early access — building in the open, carefully. Join the list on the home page and you'll be first in when doors open. Early members keep their price forever.

Is my financial data safe?

Your data is encrypted, protected so only your account can read it, never sold, never used for ads, and never used to train AI. Deleting your account really deletes it. The full plain-English version lives on our Privacy & Terms page — and yes, it's actually readable.

Does SOLVO connect to my bank?

Not yet — early SOLVO works by quick manual entry or importing a spreadsheet (we even give you the exact prompt to hand your AI assistant). Secure account linking through official services is on the roadmap. One thing that will never change: SOLVO never asks for your bank passwords.

Is this financial advice?

No — and we're honest about that on every screen it matters. SOLVO is education and self-help tools: your numbers, organized; your options, explained; your next move, suggested with its reasoning shown. The decisions stay yours. For individual advice, a fiduciary advisor, attorney, or nonprofit credit counselor is the right call — and our Learn section will even tell you when that's worth it.

Can SOLVO fix my credit score?

Nobody can promise that — and anyone who does is selling something. What SOLVO does: shows you exactly how scores work, which of your numbers move them, and gives you the tools (including the dispute letters credit-repair firms charge thousands for) to act on your own behalf. The law those letters use belongs to you already.

I found a mistake in a calculation.

Please, please tell us. Every number in SOLVO comes from tested, transparent math — and if something's off, that's the most important email we'll get all week. Include a screenshot if you can.

Press, partnerships, or investors?

Same inbox — hello@solvodebt.com — just say who you are. We read everything.

Facing something urgent — rent, utilities, food?

SOLVO is a planning tool, not an emergency service, and we want to point you somewhere built for that: 211 (call or visit 211.org) connects you to local emergency assistance, and nfcc.org lists free, nonprofit credit counselors. Both are real organizations staffed for exactly this, every day.
